Our Why

Dysfunctional Communities

Some churches are and have proven to be dysfunctional communities.

Ministers reported that 62% of their churches had fired the previous minister and 41% had fired the previous two pastors. (Witham, L. (2005). The National Congregations Study (2006 – 2007, Tanner, et al.) revealed seven percent of congregations accounted for more than 35 percent of all the conflict reported. Ministering to Ministers attempts to teach and train regarding background checks on churches, managing change, and corporate conflict styles.
